At SleeqSpace, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, order number or receipt) is required.
- Custom, made-to-order, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer support team at support@sleeqspace.com with your order number and the details of your request. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization, if applicable.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If the return is due to our error, a defect, or damages, we will cover the return shipping cost, completely free of charge.
- In non-defective cases (e.g. change of mind), you may be asked to pay for the return shipping which will be calculated based on the item’s size and weight.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–15 business days of approval.
- If you are responsible for the shipping, return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you wish to return an undamaged item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order. you will be asked to cover the shipping fee.
