Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details so you can follow your shipment’s progress with ease.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 5-15 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and product availability. Please note that custom-made or personalized items may require additional processing time; select items MAY arrive in a shorter, 1-3 day timeframe, but this is not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are completely covered by us on ALL orders - however, in cases where an undamaged item is exchanged, we will ask you to pay a shipping fee which will be calculated based on the item’s size and weight.

Delivery Guarantee & exceptions

We work closely with our carriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours at support@sleeqspace.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

We do our best to meet the above timeframes, but delays can happen due to high order volume, carrier issues, weather, or other unexpected circumstances. While such cases are rare, if your tracking information indicates a delay of more than 7 business days without update, please reach out to our customer support team - we’ll investigate promptly and keep you informed.

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipment fees.

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
