Shipping and Returns
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Shipping Time: Most products ship within 5–7 business days (not guaranteed), however delays may occur due to high demand or Holidays. Select products may arrive in a shorter, 1-3 day timeframe.
- Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the continental United States. This excludes P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S.
territories. - Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, which may take up to 48 hours to receive.
- Shipments: Due to the sizes of some of our products, shipments may arrive separately or in multiple packages.
- FREE Returns: We offer a free 30-day return policy on select products. After the 30-day period is over, the sale is considered finalized, and a return is no longer available. Please be sure to inspect the product upon arrival within this 30-day period for any damages!
